the great virtue of Patience.

“Let us not become weary of doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”
Galatians 6:9

You will see. In the end, the people who remain standing are those who chose to be grand oaks of righteousness planted by the riverbed rather than those who opted to attain quick growth through means of duplicity and falsehoods — those whose roots were too weak to penetrate the soil. When that day comes, my roots will be strong and deep, and yours will be brittle and dry.

Paper-chasers. Bureaucratic tyrants. Gold-diggers. Philistines. Hypocrites. You will all see.

About grace.c.hoover

I am a Christian, wife, musician, teacher, and lover of all things creative and beautiful. Though I have too many interests and passions to list, the most significant of these is perhaps my love for people. This blog is my continual journey to see things in the world the way they were meant to be. In the moments when nothing in life seems to make sense, I hold on to the very few things that I know to be true - and at the end of the day, I want to be able to say with certainty that the only debt that I have to this world is to continue to love others with the love freely given to me.
